The fossil reef Redwing: Step back in time 28 million years, when the Sassello area was submerged by a tropical sea, full of colorful fish, sharks and Sirenia. A guided tour of the Visitor Center Gervino Palace, home of the collection of corals and leaves Oligocene fossils followed by a leisurely walk to Fossil Site in loc. Maddalena, in the company of Prof. Marco Firpo, geologist and university professor.
