The Municipal Administration of Fontanile, on the occasion of the centenary of the First World War, wants to pay tribute to the memory of the superior officer Magg. Francesco Mignone, who in this community has spent the years of his adolescence not making it back and where they remain indelible the signs of its passage. The celebratory events will develop on two days, June 16 and 17. During the day of Sunday 17 June:

9:30 am> Ceremony of naming the hall to advise the municipal Maggiore M.O.V.M. Francesco Mignone. Unveiling of the plaque and the bronze bust representing the Major Francesco Mignone, donated by the heirs.

10:45> Celebration of the Holy Mass in memory of the Fallen

12:00> Ceremony in Honor of the Fallen. Delivery of medals and matricular roles to the families of the fontanilesi fighters. Exhibitions by FANFARA BERSAGLIERI “R. Lavezzeri” of Asti and Ass. Bell Ringers. Visit to the historic headquarters of the Fighters and Veterans.

12:45> Aperitif 1:00 pm> Lunch

3.30 pm> Carosello of FANFARA BERSAGLIERI “R. Lavezzeri” of Asti 17:00> Concert on the themes of the Great War, performed by the Musical Ensemble of the ANBIMA of Settimo Torinese. 18:30> Ammainabandiera.
