The traditional dinner at the Castello di Monastero Bormida is replaced in this 2021 edition by two evenings of an intriguing “Dinner in yellow” by the Pro Loco, with adequately spaced tables and by reservation.

Everything in the evening will focus on this color: from the clothes of the diners and waiters to the shades of plates and tablecloths, as well as, of course, the food, a series of delicious dishes all with various shades of yellow.
