The shady wood surrounding the parish church of San Desiderio hosts the 2021 edition of the Regional Livestock Fair, with a section dedicated to the Black Piemontese pig, while there will be a conference with the presentation of the new De.Co., the laboratory of taste on meats and cured meats and the traditional attractions of the event, from the beating of wheat to the exhibitors of typical local products and, in the evening, boiled meat dinner at the San Desiderio farmhouse.
